Safety At Work

As an employer, you will recognise that any business’s greatest asset is its workforce. Safe, healthy and happy employees help any business thrive. Basic eyecare advice can avoid some potential eyesight difficulties – for example, correct lighting, screen breaks, or machine safety guards.

Under the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 that came into force on 1 January 1993, you are legally obliged to provide eyecare to certain parts of your workforce. These deal with the suitability of workstations, the daily routines of workers, and the provision of eyecare for staff members.

For advice on your individual business eyecare needs, please contact us to arrange an appointment with one of our representatives.
