When I close my eyes and open them I see a reflection of light in one eye

I have a problem since quiet a long time now. When I close my eyes and open it I see a reflection of a tungsten like thing on the left eye. It is more clearly visible when I look at a light painted wall. My vision on the left eye is also weak I wear glasses -0.25 or something. I see it too often since the last couple of months.

Answer Written answer:

If it is consistently in the same place and is detectable most of the time, then it could be caused from an problem on the retina, of which there are many causes. It won't be related to your glasses. It is best to have your eye examined at the optometrist as soon as possible who will be able to check your retina and the health of your eyes.

We recommend you seek professional advice if you are concerned about your eye health:
