Treatment for blepharitis

Question

I went to the opticians and she said I had Blepharitis and that can be uncomfortable on the eyes causing dry eyes. I've been using cleansing eye drops like moisturising drops every day and I've got blephasol and I've been using that too. If I continue to use eye drops will it eventually clear up or any other options?

Blepharitis can be very stubborn to treat, and can often reocurr.  You need to continue treamtment probably for a number of weeks, and continue to always pay special attention to lid hygiene.  The NHS has a very good website on this at the link below:

He joined Specsavers Opticians in 1993 first in Liverpool and for 15 years as a director of Lancaster and Morecambe.
