Pupil is shaped liked a rugby ball

I do have a problem the my pupil of the eye its shaped like a rugby ball. l wanted to ask what causes that and how do you treat it?

Answer Written answer:

If it is long standing or you were born with it, then it should not cause any problems and there is nothing you can do to alter the shape. If it has occured recently then this is not normal and you should have an eye test to examine the eye to find out what could be the cause.

We recommend you seek professional advice if you are concerned about your eye health:
