I need a new pair of glasses. I have had my test done elsewhere - I was researching glasses and lenses today and noticed a considerable price difference between the lens you offer and that off Vision Express. My Vision is about -5 and therefore would require a thinned lens by 50%. Is there any difference in the quality of lenses? Vision Express was quoting me for Clearview crystal lens which cost £320 + Frame and Specsavers were quoting Ultimate Thin and Light at £50 + Frame.

Specsavers lenses are of the highest quality. The structure of the company, the profit margin, the overheads, the philosophy behind the company all contribute to the difference in price. Therefore the price does not necessarily determine the quality of the lenses. Specsavers offers exceptional value for money!
