Headaches in closed places

Question

after recent sight test i was told i needed reading and distance glasses , i bought the distance ones am planning to get reading ones later , my distance ones are fine when im out doors or in large places such as shops. but when im in small spaces or in closed places or looking at phone or reading and i feel sick and get headaches do ineed to get the reading/close distance glasses

Certainly for tasks such as reading and looking at your phone you would find it easier with the close distance glasses. For anything farther away than about 1 metre I would expect you to be quite comfortable in your distance glasses. If you are not then you should mention this to the store from which you purchased them. They may just need a small adjustment.
