Do not know what strength I need for one day contact lenses?


I am wondering about contact lenses, (one day) and I don't know what strength my eyes are? Can you help me please?

Answer Written answer:

You need to have an eye test to determine your prescription and from this the contact lens power can be estimated. You need to then have a contact lens fitting and a trial with suitable lenses and a period of successful wear before a contact lens prescription can be issued. This will include the power, the type, material and the parameters of the contact lens. Specsavers do a free contact lens trials but you may have to pay for your eye test.
